I felt like I should have gotten a better deal. Honda has no rewards for being a loyal 40 year customer. I will remember this and look elsewhere when it comes time I'm looking for a new car. When I was there I overheard another customer express her frustration with a issue she was getting the run around on the phone, so she came in person and of course she was being assured the issue would be resolved. Just a bad taste overall, sad.
