There was an extremely long wait (hours) to finalize paperwork for my lease. I believe if was a shortage of staff. Also, we had to do that ridiculous back and forth with the finance dept and our salesperson to finally get the advertised rate. Considered leaving and going to the Toyota dealership, if we had not already invested half the day. But after all that I am satisfied with the vehicle, even though I need to make an appointment to fix the rear window that is inoperable for some reason.

Went in for a free auto repair due to a recall. Though I wasn't having any serious issues, they respected my decision to go ahead and at least get my car investigated, just in case. They were done much sooner than expected, though I was prepared to go the weekend without my car.

I came in for an oil change. The waiting area was comfortable, nice and clean. My oil change was completely with less than an hour. Coggins offer great coupons and discounts which is helpful. Great service provided.

i went in looking for a certain car and didn’t find the one i wanted. sales manager suggested another kind of car i was looking for and i fell in love. he didn’t give up on me and i got one of my dream cars
