maintenance ... wrong time but they were able to work us in!!!!

I had great service, as always. I appreciate it when I’m getting pricey maintenance and my service rep lets me know when other mileage-based items can be held off a bit longer. But I also appreciate when he tells me about things that need more immediate attention!

My experience in general was good. I had some issues when I went for a recall on my vehicle but when I communicated this to Brendan he was very kind. He took control on that and helped me to go through with that issue fixing everything. I really appreciate his help

This was an unplanned purchase due to my car being hit and totaled. A friend recommended Marcus Welnetz and Sam Wong. They helped me every step of the way. This was my first new purchase and they made this experience a great one! They gave me plenty of time to test drive and think through my options and when the decision was made, they had everything ready and taken care of when I came back as I was short on time. If I had any questions, they were on top of it and never kept me hanging. After the purchase they were still keeping in touch and taking care of whatever I needed. They made Honda look good!!!
