Jeremy Liles is my service provider and as usual he is always very helpful and answers all the questions that I may have so I appreciate that. When I click on the star they all light up - hope that means he gets a 10 for customer service.I stopped in a couple of days ago to make an appt for service to my car. The most recent survey you sent to me I could not fill out about my last service. I stopped in to see about a reccall on my Honda so this survey may be about that experience. I did not get to do the one for the time I was in for service.

I had an amazing experience trading in my lease. Ignacio was very knowledgeable and was able to get me into the perfect vehicle. I made sure I understood everything about the HRV even helped me when I called him about a noise the vehicle was making. I hoping I can work with him in the future because I know he will put me in the perfect vehicle at a price that fits my budget

Repair. Brendon is always the service tech that I want to help me. He is always looking out for me and is always honest about what services are needed. He is the best. Always courteous and helpful.

Nick did a good job of keeping me informed as to what they were doing and about how much longer it would be.
