Received a notification about a recall and chose to schedule the recall word done from the app where I received the notification. When I arrived, they thought I was there for regular maintenance service and didn’t think the recall part was available yet. My service representative called the service dept and found they did have the part after all and they proceeded to make the repair as I had expected. I think the problem is the app notification provided a “schedule service “ link that would lead one to believe that you’re addressing the service related by the notification. The service representative was able to make it right so all is well that ends well but the app and process needs some attention.
