Megan my service advisor always gives me peace of mind and never tries to force the upsells. Waiting room is pleasant, with snacks available, and the theatre room makes it hard to not fall asleep it’s so comfortable. I did elect to use the ride share service and they gave me a “Lyft” home till my car was finished.
