Service was great. Appointment system sucks. Time is not guaranteed. Can’t get my name and info correct on my account. Paid for service plan is apparently not connected to my car and service manager doesn’t know how it works.

A great experience! Didn't have an appointment, but Megan was very honest about the wait time and took me right it. Enjoyed a couple of movies in the theater room. If I had any questions she had no problem answering them. She's very kind and helpful.

Overall experience was great. Still waiting on the check for the remainder of my trade in. Can’t seem to get an answer on when they will arrive.

We were very pleased with our experience with Pierre Cherilus and Steven (his manager). We quickly agreed on a price. They were both professional, courteous and helpful in answering all our questions.We were extremely unhappy with the experience with Suzan the Business Manager. She knew we had time constraints and kept going over and over “add ons” we were not interested in purchasing. Her presentation was confusing. She did not give us any written information about the warranty we purchased. If not for her we would give our overall experience a 5 star.
