Having my car serviced at Coggin Honda was easy and convenient. But a couple days later I encountered an error message on my dash. Problem with electronic brake system. I called and talked to Justin about my extended 7 year 100,000 mile warranty and wanted to make sure being it was an electrical issue that my warranty would cover it. He gave me the run around and actually growled at me for asking about it. Very weird.

New service advisor, ANTHONY was very customer cordial, informative, and timely in providing an explanation of what my car needed, as well as approx time needed for repair and estimated cost. To my dismay, he advised that I was 2 months beyond any warranty coverage for a new battery for my 2020 Honda Accord. Anthony was a great service rep! Thank you.
