Got appointment when I wanted it, service was quick but thorough.

Upon arrival at the lot, I was given time to walk around and look at different automobiles before a salesperson rushed out to speak with me. I consider this great for me because I wasn't rushed once I arrived at the dealership. I was greeted and the sales representative gave his name and asked what type of automobile I was in the market for and that there was a sale ongoing for the 2023 Accords. After a reasonable conversation about what I was in the market to include likes and dislikes. I purchased a 2023 Honda Accord!

Transmission replacement, 2023 Type R.I purchased this type in Guam with 6 dealer miles on it. Showroom. Back in March. Did the 600 mile break in. It always had clutch chatter, crunchy gears, a bit of an excessive take up, easy to stall, and it always had a lock out or a delay in accepting a shift at 100% clutch. My wife and I assumed those things were just a quirk of the car coming from a Tremec. Either the dealership in Gaum had someone nearly nuke the transmission within 6 miles, or it was poorly installed in Japan. After receiving a replacement at Coggin, I can say the original transmission NEVER felt this good; this feels upgraded. From the linkage to the clutch and the smoothness of the gearbox. Amazing work. I was also able to have a new loaner for the duration of the diagnosis and repairs. Justin ensured the entire process was seamless, continually updating me on my vehicle and following up with me after I took it back home. Again, amazing work, very happy to have trusted Coggin Honda.
