Overall a very positive experience with helpful personnel in sales and service. The only negative was with the financing, my rep Holloway forgot to collect the down payment during the signing process and he then badgered me to drop everything and come pay immediately once the error was realized. The way he handled it was just unprofessional as I was very busy at the time and couldn't drive back to the dealership until the next day.

This is the fourth Honda CR-V that I have purchased from Coggin Honda and the third that I purchased from Steve Welnetz. He is always very professional and makes sure I’m comfortable with the process, no games. The do a ce manager,Steven. Was also very helpful explaining everything. I have to also say that Kelly, who did my paperwork, again, was pleasant to work with.

40000 mile service plus recall handled. Sent me home via Lift. No problems.

Anthony is aware that I prefer to travel 40 miles to this location vs. 6 miles to the nearest Honda location due to the service given. He confirms that the parts and the experienced mechanic are onsite to ensure the wait time isn't longer than it should be since I cannot take advantage of the shuttle service.
