I showed up without an appointment for an oil change. There was a long wait, but they could fit me in so I got my iPad out and caught up on my work. Perfect!

Great service

It was my 3 Rd time coming to get my mirror fixed on my brand new car. And they still didn't have the right part after waiting for 3hrs.I was BEYOND aggravated. After talking to the service director and the parts director the got me a loaner car and did WHATEVER they had to, to get my car fixed FINALLY.

Service was fast and thorough. They diagnosed my major problem and fixed it quickly.

I had a $20 coupon words my next oil change and got home and saw they only gave me a $5 discount. I didn’t notice the difference till I got back home. Asked me if I wanted my car washed and that never happened. I’m beginning to wonder if they even rotated my tires service has always been good but disappointed this time.

Kay in the Service Department is wonderful to work with. She understood the issues and worked to get the car ready to pick up as soon as possible.

As soon as I arrived to the Honda Service Center I was greeted with a friendly smile and an eagerness to assist me. I was extremely impressed with their attentiveness.

I asked to have my recall serviced when I went in for an oil change and they told me when I got there I needed to reschedule and bring the car back.

Kay was so helpful in every way. My recall was completed and the issue with my air conditioning was diagnosed. Having a loaner car made a big difference too.
