I purchased new tires earlier this year and unfortunately got a nail in one of my tires. I came in, no appointment scheduled, and Brendan took amazing care of me! He greeted me, treated me with respect and professionalism. The nail could have simply been plugged, but Brendan went the extra mile and had the crew replace the whole tire for me. Everything was under warranty and I was in and out of the dealership in 90 minutes or less. Thank you, Brendan!!!I started to get my car serviced at Honda of the Avenues because it’s closer for me, but Coggin Honda takes much better care of their customers and their Honda vehicles. I will be make the drive for such great service!

I brought my car in to have tires checked without an appointment, I was going on a trip the next week. Despite no appointment they were able to get me in and out within an hour and a half. My service tech, I believe his name was Jason, made sure I was kept in the loop and answered all my questions about the service and additional needs.

It was a great experience. I went expecting to just look at what was available and get a feel for what I would want. I'd been driving my 2003 CRV for 19 years. My salesman was Alberto Diaz. He was very patient and professional. He talked with me about what I would be interested in. He brought out a 2024 CRV EX. He explained the options and featured as we took the test drive. Then we went and saw several other models on both new sales and used sales lots. I felt he listened to me and we were able to find the car that was right for me. It was like car shopping with a friend.When I chose the 2024 CRV EX, I got to spend time with Kelly Mabrey, Finance Manager. Kelly was a pleasure, professional and thorough. He explained all the financing side in detail.It was my pleasure to that day.be dealing with both of these gentlemen.
