Service advisor, Anthony Luke was very professional and told me service was backed up and would be approx. 3 hrs for completion. He ordered a car to take me wherever I needs to go & return. Very satisfied.

I would have given a 5-star rating if only I had received a refund for the old tires to go toward the new tires. Getting less than 30,00 miles from a set of Hankook tires is pretty upsetting.

Great check in process. I went for routine service. I received information that all tires needed to be changed due to abnormal inner wear of the tires and it was recommended that I change all 4. The report from the alignment testing didn’t seem to concur. I agreed to the tire change as I had a long distance trip planned the next day but unfortunately did not have any photographic evidence of the tire tread to confirm what the technician reported
