Came in to have the ac system checked. Found a seal that had failed. Evacuated the system performed the repair, recharged the system and the ac works great.

I dropped my car off Monday evening for Tuesday am service and accidentally left my cell phone in car so had to return to retrieve it. My car was already in the garage! I was concerned that I was told my transmission fluid failed and needed to be replaced with 27244 miles on my car. Brendan explained Honda likes it replaced every 30K miles and I would be coming up to that in the near future but was not something I had to do immediately. Oil and tire rotation completed on schedule and got front windshield wiper inserts replaced.

It was ok, everything done timely. Small thing but they moved my steering wheel. Not just up and down but all over the place. Pushed back and up so high no one could have driven that way. They didn't even attempt to put it back to a normal spot.And if someone parks at the service exit it is ok to ask her to move.

Customer Rep was very polite and attentive to what I wanted. An did not force any other services that I didn't ask for. I really appreciate that.
