The actual service was excellent, but waiting almost three hours for an oil change is a bit much.

I was anxious about the appointment, fearing that I would be presented with a lengthy list of maintenance items that MUST be addressed — knowing that my limited budget would be a concern. I was treated with absolute respect & allowed to make the choice of exactly what I wanted done — and with no pressure. I had asked for the items to be rank ordered so the most important maintenance would be done, and this was helpful. Only my 2nd time at Coggin Honda since moving to Florida, and I am grateful for the high quality customer service and care received.

Was quick in and out visit this time. Hopefully my next oil change will be just a quick.
