I booked an appointment for an oil change and to get a recall completed on my vehicle. I scheduled my appointment with Mr. Wilbanks as I always do. I had an excellent visit where I was able to get some other services on my vehicle in the same day. I will always choose to work with Mr. Wilbanks because he takes the time to explain things to me and keeps me updated throughout the process. He is the best service advisor and I appreciate his customer service!
