It was awesome! David Lee was my Service Advisor . He was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. Mr. Lee kept me informed from the beginning of my visit to the very end. I explained to Mr. Lee that my tire pressure light had been coming on for a while. Every time I left from having service done on my vehicle no one ever found anything. They would reset the light and it would come back on a few minutes or days later. It turns out that there was a nail in my tire that I had been driving around with it for a long time. I would always come for service visits after work and I’m assuming that no one took the time to take my tire off to fully inspect my car because it was close to quitting time. Mr. Lee made sure my tire was properly reviewed, repaired and thankfully they were able to patch my tire. I can only imagine what could have (or would have) happened if my tire blew while I was driving. I am grateful that he was assigned to my car and will request him to be my Service Advisor going forward. At first I started not to complete the survey because I was disappointed with my previous experiences and my comments were not going to be favorable. I had a change of heart though because of the service I received from Mr. Lee. It would not be fair to not recognize him for going the extra mile when no one else did. He restored my faith in your company and made me feel better about coming back. There were several times I never gave reviews because I knew my comments were not going to be pleasant. Please give Mr. Lee my best wishes and thank him again for me.

Service reps D. Lee and A. Brendan were courteous and professional. Jordan (mechanic) located defective actuator door lock, did a brake job, and change the oil on my 2010 CRV. I rate all three employees ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Went in to view models, pricing and options. Not sure of car brand yet. Must state Mr. Mat was very atentive, knowledgeable and cordial to our questions needs.
