We had been experiencing problems with our car not starting once in a while. No one could tell us what the problem was and wanted to keep our car for several days to try to figure it out. That did not help. These were with other car repair places. I called Honda and was told the same thing. The car not starting did not happen often but started happening more often when our daughter suggested we call Jeremy and talk with him. We called Jeremy after the service manager did not return our calls. Jeremy told us about the same thing that we might have to leave the car but to bring it in and let them see if they can find the problem. Very nicely suggested and sounded like he thought they really might be able tohelp. I drive the car in, turned the car off, and when Jeremy went out to get the mileage, it would not start. He knew right away that it needed a new starter and they pushed the car into a bay. Thank you Jeremy for your real customer service and helping us feel like Honda service department care when others at Honda dud not.

Kathryn was so helpful. She took care of me. I really appreciated her personal attention. I had few issues. And she went an extra mile for me to check my car for a tracker. Also made sure my oil change would be fine a few days before I could make it for an appointment. She also informed me when to have bring car back after certain mileage. I use my car a lot and her service made my experience a good one. So I would like to personally thank her. You have really good team working for you.

You balanced my tires on my previous visit and I was told that I would need a brake job on my next visit.I returned for my next oil change and I repeated what I was told on my previous visit. You changed my oil and told me I just needed to rotate the tires. Something sounds funny here.
