Mike Rodriquez is truly an asset to your company. He is very attentive and very personable. Not only on my last routine maintenance appointment, but back in May when my vehicle was having major problems with the security alarm that activated sporadically, draining my battery. I brought it to Coggin Honda and was told I had to wait over a month for the parts to fix it. My original service advisor Brendan Wilbanks, could not get me a loaner. I explained the urgency of having reliable transportation, as my husband just got admitted into hospice. He told me I would have to wait for at least 2 weeks to get a loaner. 2 days later and a day before my Husband passed I called back to Honda Coggin to check on the availability of a loaner, Brendan wasn’t available and I talked with Mike, I explained the situation, and without hesitation he got me a loaner that day. I was overwhelmed with his kindness and compassion that he showed in a terrible time in my life. He gave me hope that people still are genuinely good and caring. Planning on doing all my business at Coggin Honda in the future all because of Mike.
