Sam was my sales representative throughout the entire purchasing process. He demonstrated excellent professionalism and answered all of my questions with great detail. In the fashion of a true salesperson, he asked about my professional background and was able to tailor the conversation to include in-depth discussions of the engineering that makes Honda Civics reliable and a logical purchase for my needs in a vehicle. He dealt honestly and fairly, and never once did I question his acumen or the information he was providing me. Sam, Gino, and the rest of the team with whom I interacted on the floor are excellent representatives of the Honda brand; positive interactions like this experience are what made me return to this same dealership for the purchase of my second Honda vehicle. Five stars does not give Sam and Gino their full credit.
