Wil Smith was very professional.What was thought to be an “off-track” glove compartment door, was a broken hinge on the glove compartment door. So, it was already broken the day of purchase.

Came for an oil change. As always Jeremy Liles did a terrific job

Given the information of what was going to be worked on by making an appointment. Didn’t get all that I needed but I can live with the technician not wanting to research the problem with the back window not opening.

Service took a little longer than I would’ve liked. Other dealerships have been able to do an old change in the diagnostics and everything else in a much shorter period of time but overall I’m satisfied. Two weeks later and I’m still waiting on notification for a warranty part.

Left car for intermittent air bag problem troubleshooting. Tech did full troubleshooting and came up with some potential options but intermittent nature of problem did not lend itself to definitive action. Rather than guessing at replacing expensive replacement parts to solve problem tech returned car with instructions to return when problem is steady. Appreciate candor.
