Everyone was very nice and helpful.

At first it was great, Alex was so helpful throughout. I was there Saturday and finalised everything for the purchase except the payment because I needed to get a cashiers check. but on the day I was picking the car up, monday, I arrived and the car was not ready for me. There needed to be a couple of lights fixed, which were not done and I was left waiting over 3 hours for the car. I was only given one smart key, and no physical key. I have since been told I will be reimbursed for that so I am appreciative of that part however there is a warning saying “service keyless entry system” which leaves me stressed that there is some larger issue. Soon after leaving, my indicator light came on as needing to be replaced which is something that was supposed to be done before I left but I got that replaced which isn’t the end of the world. Overall I think that Alex has been very helpful in communicating with me, I just wish the stress of the pick up and the issues i’ve faced since did not happen because it has left me running around trying to get things fixed for my car that I have just purchased.

Excellent experience comingn in for routine synthetic oil change Service staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Had an issue where I was charged for a rotation they said comes free and they outright fixed it no worries. Also super enjoyed the actual cinema they have set-up in there. I got so into the movie I was watching that time flew by. Will return! 🤓
