Service was great thank u

Took two hours to tell me you would have to order parts. After two week I called to inquire about the parts. Was told you couldn't do any repair until I came in to have some pics made, then you would allow me to setup appt to do repairs. This is confusing because I was told on my first appt that problem was identified. I responded to the request bring in car for pics but have not heard a word!
