We have always driven Toyotas. Always. When it came time to purchase a new car, we were determined to get a RAV-4. After many long days of visiting dealerships with inferior customer service and low inventory, we began to get discouraged. We decided to stop in to Coggin Honda to try the CR-V, and I'm so happy we did. Marcus provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He kept us informed of the status as we waited for our new vehicle to arrive, and helped to coordinate any issues we had.While we love our new CR-V, we mostly appreciate the customer service provided during the sale.
