There were some pretty significant delays with our car, but David Lee, our service rep, handled it well and took care of us.

I needed my radio codes due to new battery been replaced and the service agent were able to access my radio id to access my codes. I purchased the pilot 2011 at this location. He was very helpful and due his superb service I will come in next time. He is 5 stars!
