I made an appointment a week in advance for an appointment on November 11 at 1 p.m. I arrived around 12:50. I proceeded to wait to check in. After 5+minutes I was told they were busy and would help me soon. They were all doing paperwork. Then Eric finally acknowledged me and informed me it would be 2 to 3 hours for the oil change I had scheduled the appointment for. I had no choice to wait. I saw a man deliver my keys back to Eric. He did not contact me. I finally went up to him. He then informed me that my van needed additional work. Usually this info is sent through a text. I agreed to one of the services. I was told it would be 30 minutes. I was then informed they needed to finish another vehicle. So, now I had to wait again. I then realized once I had paid that I did not get the afternoon weekday discount. After all of that I paid full price. I have been faithful to Coggin Honda. I am not sure if I am able to continue with their service department. I reached out to see if I could get customer service through the website. I had people calling me to purchase a new vehicle. Very disappointed that they did not even read my message.

I corresponded with Mr. Alberto via email and eventually came to the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. The outside of the place was like the inside...clean; quiet. But there was no popcorn available the two times that I had went to the dealership. After I picked out a vehicle I proceeded to do the paperwork. I paid a little bit more than I had planned and I feel that Honda should've equipped the SUV with some "sporty shoes" instead of hubcaps. After all, it's 2024. Nevertheless, with the car maker's reputation for making reliable vehicles it was still a great purchase.

I reached out to Jet Sam Wong to assist us on purchasing a new 2025 CRV EXL since Sam assisted us in the past on previous car purchases. He professionally delegated responsively the prospective sales - to Sales Executive Salah Assar, because Sam is now with another department.It was a pleasant shopping experiences; Salah helped us get oriented to the new 2025 CRV EXL, drove around the block, answered most of our questions, and concerns. Overall, Sam made follow up if all things were taken cared.My husband and I received excellent services! Kudos for these two employees! :)
