The service was excellent, with two not insignificant exceptions. I had stated that my navigation screen had several imperfections/marks on the screen that would not wipe off. When I inquired about that, I was told that they didn't see anything wrong with it. I can provide photos, but clearly, they are still there. I've never used anything other than a microfiber cloth to wipe the screen and this simply should not happen. Also: I was able to get a free Lyft back to my home, which was great. However, at no point was I able to get one to return to the dealership when my car was ready.

I came in for 2019 Honda Pilot recall. They fixed the recall but they missed up my air condition of the car. Then, we went back inside an complained about it then they took it back and fixed it. It took couple days to fix it. They gave us a rental cars. To make the story short. They didn't leave us hanging and they took very good care and response on the issue very quick. I would say our experience was more excitement and very good.
