Overall I believe our buying experience with our sales representative, Ambar was a 5 star experience… getting the responses to our questions before our visit did take some effort with multiple calls and a change in the credit card policy before our purchase nearly cost this sale to go through since it was part of our funding plan when we put our deposit down ahead of the Pilots arrival. The day before our purchase we were informed of the policy change which didn’t seem fair to us and cost us money and effort to replan our funding requirements to purchase our SUV. We wanted to build a relationship with the dealer with our purchase since we always keep a vehicle to the end of its life but we were taken back some with being told that we could use our card as needed to fund our purchase and then a day before we were told we could charge no more than $2,500 due to a policy change and I was also told that I needed to let the sales manager know if we wanted the SUV within 24 hours because they had another buyer that wanted the SUV. We bought the vehicle but it wasn’t as easy for me, Charlene Rose, to get everything realigned in 24 hours given that I had to get to our Credit Union to get a cashiers check and apply for a loan instead of using our card. The online experience was really bad since the dealer was having updates to the system and I had to keep submitting the credit information approximately 10+ times. Ambar has been great at reaching out after the sell but with my Dads health decline and busy work schedules I haven’t been able to really stay in contact.
