"Wireless key system start failure " is my problem. It's happening intermittently and worsening lately. Took the truck in and was told by the service advisor that they cannot get a hard failure for diagnosis. He also told me that there are about 60 vehicles waiting for a diagnostic test and should leave mine for 2 days. I'm not buying that. There is a bulletin for an extended warranty on this failure. So my question is why don't you do the necessary repair when your customer complain about it instead of waiting for a hard failure. Don't you trust the customers word as we trust your service? Another question, can you help me to get this problem resolved?

Company shouldn’t have stopped the hand wash. The machine wash isn’t like the cars being washed by hand like it use to be!!Auto wash is poor and not good for paint job on a new vehicle!
