First the online interaction sucks. There are more than one way to make appointments and they must not interact with each other. Can’t seem to get my name correct. I’ve changed it online and the advisors assured me it was correct. My name is Cindy Johns. My email is riverrat317@hotmail.com. My phone # us 904-502-6556. Angela Hall is my daughter. She has her own CRV that gets serviced at Coggin which I get emails and texts about. Second, I paid a lot of money for a service plan. I guess the advisors don’t know what all it includes. I was advised that my brakes and transmission needed service but was not covered. My paperwork says it is. Third, appt times are pretty much a joke. I live 45 minutes away so I’m pretty much left to sit at the dealership while waiting hours for an oil change.
