Great vehicle buying experience.

I had a nail in my tire. With no appointment I was able to walk in and get the tire replaced with minimal wait time.

The service itself was not bad. What was bad and irritating is that I took my vehicle in for a 7:40AM appointment and was then told it would not even be looked at until someday the following day. I was getting a rental car. So I should have been able to just get into a queue and then have Coggin contact me when they were actually ready to start the work on my vehicle. It was ridiculous that I was without my own vehicle for a full day unnecessarily.

The staff were simply wonderful. They were all quite knowledgeable and friendly. My new car was made ready to go and special features were pointed out. Gino definitely cared about what we wanted and came through 100%, I have already recommended Coggin to a coworker!

They were extremely courteous fast service and always willing to make our experience the best it possibly can be and they pay for my rental car while they worked online
