As always, Brendan is a top-notch professional in the service department. He is friendly, efficient, prompt, and aims to please his customers. I have never been disappointed when he has managed my service appointments. That's why I always ask for him when I schedule my appointments. All the service reps are friendly and helpful. I think this dealership has the BEST customer service I've ever experienced! I'm very pleased with Coggin Honda on Atlantic Blvd. in Jacksonville, FL.

Honda has always great customer service. I’m always taken care of rather it be buying or having my car service. It’s clean, friendly environment.

Overall, it was a good experience. The lack of transparency about the status of the tag after the temporary one expired tarnished it a bit. I called multiple times, and the salesman never returned the call, nor did anyone provide any information. Finally, the tag showed up via UPS with no forewarning.

I came in to get a tire checked that kept leaking air a couple of days prior to my visit. Not only were they able to quickly assist me, without a prior appointment being made. But they comped my visit since I regularly get my CR-V serviced there :-)

Alberto could not have been better to work with! He was so friendly, so helpful and never pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the car and worked with my husband and I so that I was able to get the exact car I wanted.
