I made an appointment for a software update on my Passport. My advisor was Josh Martin. When I arrived, I was made aware that the update could take up to an hour once the car was in the shop. Josh found me in the customer waiting area and made me aware the update was complete and my car was waiting. The update was completed in less time than was estimated. Josh covered the paperwork with me and showed that the update had been performed. The process was easy. Josh was informative and friendly. I will continue to ask for Josh as my advisor in the future.
