My experience was great

I typically have normal, uneventful service visits for my cars. However, Chris really stepped up and made things right. There was a slight miscommunication on what services were to be performed, but Chris resolved the issue to satisfaction. All the while, he remained very courteous and polite. Other service advisors should take notes from Chris. If possible, I will hope to only work with Chris for my future service visits.
