After the next scheduled maintenance of my car, I found oil prints of the mechanic’s hands on the doors, windows and hood, and upon careful examination it was revealed that there were not enough clip-bolts on the lower plastic engine protection, the windshield washer reservoir was empty. I hope that this was a one-time misunderstanding and not a system. Thank you.
