Calm and helpful.

I went for a recall repair, and it was quick and easy with no charge.

I came in to get my car fixed in the service center and ended up buying a new car. Everyone was so easy to interact with, very helpful, and respectful. I absolutely recommend buying a car here.

Easy to schedule the appointment and timely with updates and completion.

The ability to find what I wanted was good. Our Salesman Gino was fantastic. The service and parts seem to have an issue. We ordered the Tonneau cover for our truck and parts or service did not have knowledge about the accessory. Luckily we had Gino, who took care of that issue. The part came in... however the parts dept. didn't inform us. I received a text for a 4:45 appointment for install. Didn't happen as service said they needed me to leave the vehicle for at least a half of a day. I would need to reschedule for that time... Luckily again, Gino had to get involved... Item still not installed... waiting on a reschedule...

I am very happy with the smooth manner in which my new car purchase transpired.
