Needed to have the rear hatch on my Element repaired. The rear glass was replaced, and it I could not open the hatch a couple of weeks later. Tried several options, including a locksmith, with no success. Called Coggin Honda and spoke to Brendan Wilibanks in the service department. He assured me they could fix the problem, and he contacted me several hours after dropping off the Element and advised me what needed to be done. We agreed to complete the work, and after getting the required repair parts the hatch repair was completed. Very pleased with the work done and the contact maintained with Brendan Wilibanks from start to finish. Great job!!!

He went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get a rental last minute which I requested it. He informed me of every detail I needed to know about with my vehicle. Also, he asked questions about my vehicle to make sure that everything I needed to have done, was done. This is the kind of service you want when you are seeking help.
