The service that I received at Coggin Honda was excellent as usual. All personnel that I interfaced with were knowledgeable and courteous.

I made an appointment online and when I arrived at Coggin, I was met immediately by a service representative. My information on what I wanted done was noted, and when the work was done I was notified to pick up my car. Everything went very smoothly and in the timeframe that they told me. I couldn’t ask for more.

Hello , The staff was excellent specially Ambar , The processing of the documents was flexible, the car I requested in the beginning honda decided to make as demo car after waited for mount then I wait for anther around 40 days for the other car to arrive , Honda Jacksonville staff was very nice they feeling bad like I feel and they try there best to fix the problem . Finally my experience with them was great even with what happed but I know nothing is perfect and this thing happening. Thank you
