From beginning to end my experience at this dealership was excellent. Questions were answered quickly and professionally. Steve never pressured us in any way and he stayed in touch with us until delivery of the car. From the financial aspect Will explained everything and answered all questions. Michelle tinted the windows and did a great job. I was 95% sure I wanted a car from a different dealer but once I went to Hondo @ Atlantic I immediately felt welcomed but not hoovered over. I changed my mind and purchased the Hondo instead of the other brand and I made that choice based on the staff at Honda,

Josh was excellent in resolving a troublesome problem on my 2012 Honda Odyssey.

My visit was for an oil change and the service was excellent. The most important thing is that over the years my experience has been consistently excellent regardless of the purpose for the visit.

Excellent-Prompt service and identity of additional services required

Maintenance and handling was good. A transmission failure that Honda was aware of and under warranty--but didn't cover a rental car for me. That's my only complaint.
