The service was excellent for the service that was provided. I am frustrated that Honda could not fix the grinding of the brake pads when in reverse. There needs to be a solution to resolve this issue by Honda, not the dealer.

My experience with the service department exceeded my expectations today. They had my Pilot in and out in under an hour, getting 2 new tires installed.
