Every time we bring car for any kind of service, we are always pleased with the customer service there. A special shout out to Joshua, who is always prompt, patient, explains things and gets stuff done

Didn’t start out great as there was not t the car model there for me to test drive; however, they let me drive an employee’s car, which was really helpful.

My service appointment was handled on time and expeditiously. Josh was my service rep and he kept me informed and up to date during the process. In the future you might want to consider taking a little more time to clean up the car. Vacuum and the such. More than just spraying it with water.

My issue was a logistical complaint - had nothing to do with the quality of service. Having made an appointment for an oil change/ tire rotation - my wait was excessive. My initial feedback was not good. The dealership reached out - Brendan did an excellent job of listening and sincerely explaining how this type of issue can unfold with the actual challenges Coggin faces as they attempt to satisfy their customers. Transparency is a wonderful thing - I will be back.
