My air conditioner was working intermittently. I was in your shop in January and was told they could not make a diagnosis. I came in a few weeks ago and put on the order the a/c needed to be checked. I was told a special technician had to look at it. I got to the shop at 8:00 a.m. and was told there were 12 cars ahead of me. The tech arranged a ride home for me and called me later in the day with the update on the repair and on two other items. The car was washed and a ride home was arranged for me.

She’s consistent and responded quickly on my concerns. Even after the purchased, She check her customer to see if everything is okay or if there’s any concern.
