My salesman kept me updated all the time.

My power steering went out while I was driving on Butler Blvd. I was able to drive to Coggin where they kept the car & sent me home in a Lyft. The next day they had diagnosed the problem & ordered the needed part. The next day I picked up the car & went on my way. From start to finish, Josh kept me informed & I enjoyed working with him.

The sales representative, Pierre Cherilus is very good person and very polite. I would definitely recommend Coggin & Pierre.

The salesperson who saw my family, Ms. Ali, was very helpful and accommodating with us. She went above and beyond, coming in on a day she had off to ensure we didn't run into any issues after there was some trouble getting the Corolla we bought put on our auto insurance. The two finance people we saw, made my first real experience buying a car simple and understandable.

Had a good experience. The tech was good and told us about a possible issue that we could not fix right now. However, we had an appointment at 10:30 and we didn't leave until after 1:00. That was quite a wait considering we had an appointment. The appointments should always be taken first and walk-ins if there is time.
