The representative did a great job taking care of my car needs. Just a few small problems was that I wished the exterior of my car could have gotten a better wash. Their was still dirt stains on the outside of my car and also it seems some of the painted red color on my car rim got chipped off one of my wheels probably while washing or scrubbing them. It was very noticeable.

The service was great. The only complaint is that I was charged for tire rotation with my free service voucher and in the past, I was never charged for it when using my voucher.

Excellent experience that should be shared with other potential buyers; we are new to the area and were thinking it would be hard to find a honest and respectful purchase experience, fortunately we found Coggin Honda and salespersons--Alberto and Gino that were just amazing. Both were respectful, honest about the market, and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle details--we learned a lot by asking questions. The manager involved with the deal, Ibrahim was very polite, very attentive, and reached our goals while helping us understand the changes to the 2022 model. Never pushing, never taking the conversation outside our goals. We enjoyed the purchase and are enjoying the vehicle. Looking forward to service experience with this dealership. 5 Stars based on our experience.
