I received a free mini-detail and multi-point inspection because of my one year anniversary. Everything with the car looked great. It would have been 5 stars if I would have been told that it was going to take all day even though I made an appointment.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the kind of vehicle I was in search of. The loan officer searched the best options available to me. The entire staff was friendly, and I didn't feel pressured to purchase. Very comfortable experience. I am definitely recommending to my friends.

My service advisor was Megan. She was great from start to finish. She kept me up to date with my vehicle status. Coggin has won my business over. Once the 2023s come out, I will be purchasing one maybe two of them from Coggin.
