Courteous and helpful

This was a very positive experience. I walked into the service area and was greeted and told someone would be right with me. I was in for an oil change and was also asked if I wanted my car washed. I was given an estimate of 1 1/2 to 2 hours (which I thought was WAY to long for an oil change but I was prepared to wait). After about an hour my name was called and my van was ready! Easy check out and easy to pay. My Van was waiting and ready for me.

My Service was Excellent,. Very timely, the technician was Very knowledgeable and professional. My Service writer was friendly did everything he could do to make my visit a positive one. Good Job ! Thank You.
