The whole experience was relaxed, with no pressure. We negotiated a deal that we were both happy with, without the unpleasantness which often occurs when trading. Sam was patient and answered all our questions. The vehicle we wanted had to be ordered, but Sam provided a weekly update via text on it's status. Much of the accumulation of info for the paperwork was done before we arrived, and got us on the road with our new car as quickly as possible. It was a bit of a drive for us over to Coggin, but we would gladly make the trip again the next time we are ready to trade.
