We had a great experience with our recent purchase of our 2022 Honda Pilot. Gino was great!! Finance department was great!! We have complaints. The process was easy!

I made a 2:00 PM appointment for an oil change in my 2008 Accord 3 days before I planned to be in Jacksonville on May19th. I was rather shocked when I was informed I might have to wait up to 3 hours. When I explained to the service rep., Christian, that I had traveled more than 40 miles for the appointment. I also explained that I had to make arrangements for a sitter for my handicapped wife. With the special effort and assistance of Christian, I was able to get in and out with service in a reasonable period of time. I would give Christian 5 stars.
