Every aspect of the visit to Service was superior, most especially, the service provided by Service Advisor, Joshua Martin. All was performed timely and future service needs were evaluated and printed for reference. I can't think of anything that could be improved. I was in and out in a timely manner and I was treated as though my business was important, though your bill was not a large sum of money. I will be back in June to follow up on service needs then. Scheduling the service online was very efficient. No one met me at the vehicle when I arrived for service. Service managers were professional. Once the service was complete, the paper mat and protective plastic were left in the car and I had to remove them.

I purchased my first ever Honda from Coggin Honda on September 20, 2021. On May 11, 2022 the service symbol appeared on the screen, so I drove the car to Coggin Honda service department. I was warmly greeted by Megan DeBoard. Megan is very knowledgeable and a great asset to Coggin.

My service experience was outstanding from the time I arrived to the time I left. I was kept inform of the progress on my phone and service was completed in a timely matter.
