From the moment I walked into Coggin Honda off Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville to schedule an oil change and tire rotation I truly felt at home. Not only was I greeted right away I was taken care of by Christian Chaney with a prompt appointment the following day to work with my busy schedule. I am pleased for he went above and beyond to provide me with a great experience. I would highly recommend the service department to my friends and family. Jeremy Liles, service advisor, always treats us fairly and has earned our trust. The way we think about it, we are not taking our car to a dealership to get it fixed or maintained, we are taking it to Jeremy. We also love the fact that the dealer gives us a LYFT ride home and then back to the dealership when we have our car worked on.

When scheduling the appt for regular oil change I asked that a/c refrigerant be checked and added if needed. Was told that a/c service was a required a specialist and there was a large backlog due to lack of technicians. Was advised that it would require me leaving my vehicle for 2-3 days. Also wait time for oil change was hours longer than I had ever experienced. Arrived 0830. Car ready at 1430. I Suppose same labor shortage problem. Seems customers should lower expectations.
